- We offer repair, maintenance of the full range of new or antique lights, lamps, chandeliers and conversion to LED.
- We attach particular importance to fast and uncomplicated service.
- We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reservations by telephone (+43 660 8673870 or +43 1 8673867) are requested, especially on Saturdays.
- We are happy to act as mobile luminaire repairers if required. We will dismantle your defective luminaire and put it back on you after our repair. We come to you when there is no more light. We repair “everything that makes light”.
Prices:
For “on-site repairs” a one-time travel flat rate of € 54,- to € 72,- within Vienna plus nearest surroundings and the corresponding working time will be charged.
No flat-rate travel fee will be charged for each subsequent visit (same order). Payment is always made on site and in cash or by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
We calculate the working time every 15 minutes. Any spare parts required will be billed separately.
For the cost estimate in the workshop, we charge in advance € 30, – in cash, which is to be paid upon delivery of the lamp to be repaired and will be deducted when the repair is ordered.
Storage costs for a luminaire to be repaired will be charged every 14 working days (€ 10 per week). After the 8th week, the repaired luminaire becomes the property of PEGASUS Systems GmbH.
The repaired and paid luminaire can also be sent to you for additional shipping costs. Or if needed, we can come to you and take care of the disassembly/assembly on site.
The prices include 20% VAT.
